A 1 Kanal luxury residence in Model Town, Lahore, designed and built end-to-end by our in-house team — from architectural floor plans and 3D visualization through grey structure and premium finishing. The home features a double-height entrance foyer, five en-suite bedrooms, a home theatre, and a landscaped rear lawn with an outdoor seating area. Our architects prepared authority-compliant drawings for NOC and map approval before construction began, and our structural engineers signed off on the frame ahead of finishing. Marble flooring, custom wardrobes, and imported bathroom fixtures were used throughout. The full project, from first design sketch to final handover, was delivered on the agreed 10-month timeline.
