Johar Town is one of Lahore’s largest and most centrally located residential areas, built around Emporium Mall and a dense grid of commercial and residential blocks — which means construction here often has to work around narrower access roads and tighter neighboring plots than newer societies further out. Our Johar Town projects have ranged from new residential builds to full renovations of older houses being modernized for resale or rental. Because Johar Town is largely built-out rather than still under development, most of our work here is renovation, extensions, and finishing rather than ground-up construction on a bare plot — though we take on new builds wherever a plot does come up.
