Etihad Town is a newer, LDA-approved society in Lahore with a more modern layout than older areas like Model Town or Township, and its Phase 2 in particular has an emerging mix of commercial and residential plots. Because it’s still developing, most of our Etihad Town work has been new residential construction on recently released plots rather than renovation, and we start every project here with a site visit to confirm what infrastructure is actually in place block by block. Structural drawings for Etihad Town are prepared to meet the society’s own approval requirements alongside standard LDA map-approval rules.
