Valencia Town, on Lahore’s Multan Road, is a well-established society known for its wide, tree-lined boulevards and consistent plot layout — one of the more mature private societies we build in, alongside Wapda Town and Model Town. Because Valencia Town is largely built-out, a fair share of our work here is renovation and remodeling of existing houses rather than fresh ground-up construction, though we still take on new builds wherever a plot is available.
