Soan Gardens is one of Islamabad’s longer-established CDA-approved societies, first approved back in the mid-1990s, which means most of the scheme is fully built-out with mature utility connections and access roads already in place. A larger share of our Soan Gardens work has been renovation and modernization of existing houses rather than fresh construction on a bare plot, though we take on new builds wherever one comes up. Because Soan Gardens borders newer developments like PWD Housing Scheme and Media Town, we’re often able to coordinate material delivery and site logistics across nearby projects in the same visit.
