PWD Housing Scheme sits directly on Islamabad Highway, sharing a commercial area with neighboring Soan Gardens and Media Town, which makes it one of the more accessible societies for commuting between Rawalpindi and Islamabad. It’s a well-developed scheme with existing infrastructure already in place, so most of our PWD projects have started construction faster than in newer, still-expanding societies where utility connections aren’t yet fully rolled out. We take on both new residential construction and renovation here, coordinated the same way as our other Islamabad work in Bahria Town and DHA Islamabad.
