Bahria Town Rawalpindi is one of the two areas — alongside DHA Rawalpindi — where our Rawalpindi clients most often bring us in for renovation and repair rather than new construction. Our most recent project here addressed years of water seepage that had caused visible structural cracking in a 5 Marla home: structural crack repair and reinforcement, full roof and bathroom waterproofing, and a complete interior and exterior refresh, phased room by room so the family could stay in the house throughout. Renovation work in Bahria Town Rawalpindi is coordinated from our Lahore head office with regular site visits, the same as our new-build projects.
