Capital Smart City, on the Rawalpindi-Islamabad corridor near the M-2 motorway, is marketed as Pakistan’s first smart city, with underground utilities, wider roads, and society-wide technology infrastructure planned in from the start — a different construction environment than older, organically-developed areas. Building here means coordinating with the society’s own utility and infrastructure rollout, which is still ongoing in several sectors, so we treat every Capital Smart City project as needing an up-to-date site assessment rather than assuming standard connections are already available. We handle grey structure, finishing, and full turnkey construction here the same as in our other Rawalpindi and Islamabad projects.
