Shalimar Town sits near the University of Punjab’s Gujranwala campus, on the Ali Pur Bypass, and much of our work here has come from families building homes near the university for their children’s education years. It’s a quieter, more residential-focused area than Gujranwala’s commercial centre, and most of our Shalimar Town projects have been straightforward new-construction builds on standard residential plots rather than renovation work, since the society is relatively newer than areas like Township or the city centre.
